You will receive either a reminder text and/or email reminder 72-hours prior to your appointment.

At this time, we will ask you if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

• Cough (new onset or worsening of chronic cough)

• Shortness of breath

• Fever

• Chills

• Sore throat

• Runny nose

• Muscle or body aches

• Headache

• New loss of taste or smell

If you have any of these symptoms, please let us know and we will reschedule at a later date when you are feeling better.​ Additionally, we ask you to inform us if you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24-hours.

We will continue to ensure a safe and clean environment for our clients. This will include: proper disinfection after every client, wash our hands, disinfect all used surfaces with EPA registered wipes (including trolley, bolster, door knobs with wipes) and immerse our tools in hospital-grade barbicide.
