Cancelation Policy

 

◆ What is our cancelation policy?


  • Our time is valuable as well as yours and as a courtesy to The Beauty Barracuda, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so a MINIMUM of 48 HOURS before your allotted appointment time.
A NO-SHOW is considered as:
  1. Not showing up for the appointment at all
  2. Making contact AFTER the appointment start time
  3. Arriving 10+ minutes after the start of your appointment without contacting us.
Please note, there may be a cancellation fee depending on circumstances.
  • Note: When you first book an appointment with The Beauty Barracuda through Schedulicity you will be asked to acknowledge the terms below of our cancellation & no show policy.




◆ How do I cancel and/or reschedule my appointment?


  • We send out a confirmation text and email 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • You can reschedule through the confirmation text or email sent out up to 72 hours before your appointment.

Instructions for Cancelling and/or Rescheduling your appointment:

1. If 72 hours in advance, please go to Schedulicity to cancel/ reschedule your appointment.


2. After 72 hours, go to Schedulicity to cancel/ reschedule appointment. Additionally, text or call: (603) 275-6885
